2024 Vermont Election Results

In the 2020 general election, President Joe Biden received 66% of the vote against 21 other candidates on the ballot including former President Donald Trump. Trump received 30% of the vote. In the 2020 primaries, Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders received 51% of the vote in the Democratic Party Primary and Trump received 88% in the Republican Primary.
Vermont has voted for the Democratic candidate for president in every election since 1988, when voters selected George H.W. Bush with 51% of the vote.
