Amid shutdown, students report ROTC stipend suspension

American University's Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) confirmed Wednesday that student cadets' monthly stipends have been suspended due to the government shutdown, while ROTC members at other schools have taken to social media to claim their pay has been suspended, too.
