Celebrity Cruises adds perks for passengers in suites

Celebrity Cruises is boosting the pampering it offers passengers in suites.

The line on Wednesday announced it is carving out space on its ships for a dedicated private restaurant for passengers in suites and also will give them access to a private VIP lounge, effective in April 2015.

The new Suite Class experience, as Celebrity is calling it, also will bring passengers in top Royal, Penthouse and Reflection suites complimentary premium beverages, complimentary dining across all extra-charge specialty restaurants and unlimited Internet access.

Passengers in Royal, Penthouse and Reflection suites also will have access to a private bar with complimentary water, sodas and beers.

The perks are in addition to existing offerings for passengers in suites that include priority check-in and butler service.
