Deal watch: Lindblad throws in airfare with two voyages
Adventure cruise line Lindblad Expeditions is offering free airfare in conjunction with two off-the-beaten-path fall voyages.
The small-ship operator says customers can get free flights from the USA to a 16-day, islands-focused trip that kicks off in Portugal's Azores on Sept. 21 and an 18-day trip along the Brazilian coast that begins in Salvador, Brazil on Oct. 10. The promotion also includes flights back from the end points of the trips to the USA.
Both of the sailings are on the 148-passenger National Geographic Explorer.
The islands sailing includes stops in the Azores, Portugal's Madeira and Spain's Canary Islands before ending in Cape Verde. The Brazilian coast trip includes multiple stops in Brazil and a stop in Montevideo, Uruguay before ending in Buenos Aires.
Fares for the Atlantic islands sailing start at $13,820 per person, based on double occupancy. Fares for the South America trip start at $15,740 per person, based on double occupancy.
The promotion will be available through July 31.
