Deal watch: Avalon Waterways touts Europe offers

Avalon Waterways is out with deals for customers who book early for 2015.

The Colorado-based river line says vacationers who reserve a cabin for a sailing in France can get a 50% discount on a second cabin for friends or family. The offer also is available for select spring voyages elsewhere in Europe.

Avalon also is offering a $700 per couple air credit on 2015 sailings across much of Europe including voyages on the Rhine, Danube, Seine and Moselle.

In a third promotion, the line is waiving the "single supplement" that singles must pay to occupy a cabin meant for two on select 2015 departures in Europe.
