New cruise itinerary: India to Seychelles and back

Looking for an off-the-beaten-path adventure? Azamara Club Cruises is out with a new itinerary for 2017 that goes from India to the Seychelles and back.

The two-ship line will offer a single sailing of the 20-night "Pearls along the Indian Ocean" itinerary on April 22, 2017 aboard the 686-passenger Azamara Journey (click through the carousel above for a deck-by-deck look at the ship).

The voyage kicks off in Mumbai, India and includes two days in Kochi, India before a three-day crossing to the Seychelles. The ship will spend three nights at the island nation, known for its secluded white beaches, crystal green waters and virgin jungles.

From the Seychelles, the Azamara Journey will continue on to Kuda Bandos Island in the Maldives for a day visit before sailing to Sri Lanka for a two-day stop. A day visit to Goa, India rounds out the trip, which ends back in Mumbai on May 12, 2017.

Fares for the voyage start at $5,999 per person, not including taxes, fees and port expenses.
