Accuser drops lawsuit against Snoop Dogg, Don 'Magic' Juan claiming sexual assault and battery

An unnamed woman who accused Snoop Dogg and and his associate Bishop Don Magic Juan of sexual assault and battery for an alleged 2013 incident has dropped the lawsuit, according to court documents.
Lawyers for the accuser filed a notice of dismissal to California's Central District court Wednesday. The plaintiff asked the court to dismiss the lawsuit, which was filed in February, "in its entirety." On Thursday, U.S. district judge George H. Wu ordered the dismissal as requested.
The documents did not reveal why the plaintiff moved to dismiss the lawsuit, originally filed Feb. 9. Paste BN has reached out to her lawyers for comment.
"It is not surprising that the plaintiff dismissed her complaint against the defendants. Her complaint was full of false allegations and deficiencies," a spokesperson for Snoop Dogg said in a statement to Paste BN.
Lawyers filed the lawsuit, which accused Snoop Dogg of sexual assault, just days before the rapper was set to take the stage at the Super Bowl halftime show, where the he performed with Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige and Dr. Dre.

According to the documents, the woman worked as a dancer and performed during concerts for Snoop Dogg (real name Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr.).She alleged Snoop Dogg coerced her into performing a sexual act and said she was sexually assaulted by the rapper and his associate Bishop Don Magic Juan (real name Donald Campbell).
The court documents claimed she and her friend met Snoop Dogg and Don Magic Juan at a nightclub in Anaheim. After her friend left, the accuser asked Don Magic Juan to take her home. Instead, he took her back to his home, where she fell asleep.
She alleges she woke up the next morning to him forcing her to have oral sex with him before eventually leaving her alone. She then told him she wasn't feeling well, but he insisted they go to Snoop Dogg's studio where he was filming "Snoop Dogg’s Double G News Network," the lawsuit claims.
When she arrived at the studio, she says, she still wasn't feeling well. She went to the bathroom, where she says Snoop Dogg barged in while she was still on the toilet, and she alleges the rapper tried to force her to perform oral sex.
The court documents say she recalled Snoop Dogg's criminal history and previous rape accusations, so she obliged out of fear. In 2005, makeup artist Kylie Bell accused Snoop Dogg of rape but later dropped the charges.
The February-filed court documents also noted the rapper's defense of Bill Cosby, whose sexual assault conviction was overturned last year, and references a 2003 Rolling Stone interview in which he refers to himself as a "pimp."
In the interview, Snoop Dogg said he did a "Playboy tour" where he had a bus full of 10 women following him.
"City to city … hotel room to hotel room, athlete to athlete, entertainer to entertainer. … I get a couple of their players to come hang out, pick and choose, and whichever one you like comes with a number. A lot of athletes bought (sex) from me. … I dreamed of being a pimp," he said.
