Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen hint they're engaged in romantic Instagram post
Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen appear to have made a major step in their largely private relationship.
In a joint Instagram post shared Friday, Allen is seen on bended knee in front of a massive floral arch as Steinfeld leans down, pressing her forehead to his. The two are surrounded by cylindrical candles, with the ocean in the background.
The couple didn't explicitly say they were engaged, simply captioning the photo with: "♾️ 11•22•24 ♾️."
Paste BN has reached out to the couple's reps for comment.
The Oscar-nominated Steinfeld, 27, and the 28-year-old star quarterback for the Buffalo Bills have mostly kept their relationship under wraps, only going Instagram-official in July after more than a year of speculation.
Rumors about the pair started circulating last spring and one of the first times they were photographed together was on a night out in New York City in May 2023. In one of the photos, Allen had his arm around the "Hawkeye" actress' back.
On July 23, ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, Allen soft-launched his relationship in an Instagram post, which led with a photo of himself and Steinfeld looking away from the camera, toward the Eiffel Tower.
Before the couple went public, Paste BN asked Steinfeld in January about the Buffalo Bills before the team won the AFC East title.
Speaking from across the Golden Globes red carpet on Jan. 7, the actress and singer joked that she felt "real good" about the team's chances that night but added that Paste BN's Ralphie Aversa was holding up a Stefon Diggs jersey with the "wrong number."
