Prince William and Princess Kate's Christmas card features sweet photo with their kids

Prince William and Princess Kate are ending a tough year with a joyful Christmas greeting.
The Prince and Princess of Wales on Thursday released their annual holiday card, which featured a photo of the couple smiling with their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis. The photo was previously seen in a video that Kate released in September revealing that she had completed chemotherapy.
"Wishing you a very Happy Christmas and New Year," the card said.
Kate's September video showed her and William spending time with their children as the Princess of Wales narrated the footage. She said at the time she was "doing what I can to stay cancer-free" after completing chemotherapy but that her "path to healing and full recovery" remains "long."
"I must continue to take each day as it comes," she said. "I am, however, looking forward to being back at work and undertaking a few more public engagements in the coming months when I can. Despite all that's gone before, I enter this new phase of recovery with a renewed sense of hope and appreciation of life."
Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan released their own holiday card earlier this week. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's card included a rare look at their children via a photo of Harry and Meghan with their arms outstretched as Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet ran toward them.
King Charles and Queen Camilla's Christmas card featured a photo of the two that was previously taken at Buckingham Palace in April.
Princess Kate is coming to the end of a difficult year after announcing in March that she had been diagnosed with cancer and would be undergoing "preventive chemotherapy."
After completing chemotherapy, Kate has been appearing at more royal events in recent months, and she recently hosted a Christmas concert in London. Per a video posted to X by Channel 5 news, Kate remarked at the event that she "didn't know this year was going to be the year that I've just had."
