The "nicest man in stand-up" is getting into the holiday spirit this Christmas with a comedy special.
"Nate Bargatze's Nashville Christmas," a variety show that aired Thursday evening on CBS featuring Bargatze's stand-up and some musical guest appearances, was recorded at the Grand Ole Opry House in November — a location close to the Nashville, Tennessee-born comedian's heart.
Produced with "Saturday Night Live" creator Lorne Michaels, the collaboration marks Bargatze's first primetime TV program. The hour-long special follows Bargatze's two hosting stints on "SNL" in 2023 and 2024.
