In a new lawsuit filed Monday, Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of sexually assaulting a man in 2022.

The alleged victim, filing anonymously through attorney Tony Buzbee as John Doe, alleged he was "drugged and forcefully raped" by Combs, according to a New York County Supreme Court filing obtained by Paste BN.

The alleged incident happened after he was scouted while busking on the street outside of a "popular nightclub" in Los Angeles in November 2022, Doe's lawsuit says.

Doe, described as "a young musician" at the time, claims Combs' associate invited him to an "exclusive A-list birthday party" at a private home, where he met the Bad Boy Records founder. Combs supplied Doe with a drink that was allegedly drugged and "made numerous promises about helping Doe secure a major recording contract," Doe's lawsuit claims.

"Incapacitated from the drugs," Doe was "forcefully" coerced into performing oral sex before he was raped, he alleges. His lawsuit states, "Because of Combs’ power and notoriety, and because he was shocked and embarrassed, Doe did not report what had happened."

Doe seeks a jury trial that would award "compensatory damages for all physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological harm, anxiety, humiliation, physical and emotional pain and suffering, family and social disruption, and other harm, in an amount to be determined at trial."

Diddy's lawyers deny 'ridiculous' claims

When reached for comment by Paste BN, Combs' attorneys maintained the hip-hop mogul's innocence as he faces dozens of sexual assault lawsuits that date back to the 1990s, as well as criminal sex crimes charges.

"As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity stunt, even in response to claims that are facially ridiculous or demonstrably false," the statement states. "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Combs is currently in jail after being denied bond multiple times and is scheduled to head to trial for his sex trafficking and racketeering charges on May 5. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

John Doe's attorney, Tony Buzbee, is also facing off against Jay-Z

Doe's attorney, Buzbee, has said he is representing more than 100 alleged victims of Combs. Last week, he filed lawsuits on behalf of two women who claim they were sexually assaulted in incidents coordinated by Combs in the '90s.

Buzbee also represents a client who alleged in her December lawsuit that Jay-Z and Combs drugged and raped her in September 2000 when she was 13 years old. In response, Jay-Z denounced the woman's "heinous" allegations and claimed the civil suit was "a blackmail attempt" by Buzbee, whom he called a "deplorable human."

The Grammy-winning rapper and Roc Nation founder also confirmed he was the unnamed "high-profile" male celebrity who sued Buzbee and his law firm in November for "shamelessly attempting to extort exorbitant sums from him" through the threat of litigation.

Buzbee dismissed the lawsuit as "frivolous" and called it an "aggressive attempt to intimidate or silence me and ultimately my clients."

The Texas-based attorney is facing his own misconduct allegations from an unnamed alleged former client who sued him in December for malpractice, assault and fraud — claims that he has blasted as "purely false."
