The mounting number of legal challenges against music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs is adding yet another tally mark.

In a fresh complaint, filed Thursday on behalf of an unnamed Jane Doe accuser and obtained by Paste BN, attorney Tony Buzbee alleges Combs promised his client a safe place to sleep after an event he hosted, but instead drugged her and subjected her to hours of unwanted groping and sexual advances.

"Sean Combs believed he was above the law. He is not," the complaint reads.

"Combs is a menace to society, women and children. While his wealth has kept him above consequence for years, Combs now faces the awesome power of the American judicial system and ultimately a jury of his peers, who will be asked to punish him for the deplorable conduct described herein," it continues.

In a statement shared with Paste BN on Friday, Combs' attorneys maintained he is innocent.

"No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor," the statement reads.

"We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

Jane Doe alleges she was drugged, subject to 'continuous unwanted touching'

The Jane Doe accuser alleges that around 1999, when she was working as a model and promotional employee for a radio station, she attended a VIP party hosted by Combs in New York City.

The woman, who now lives in Florida, alleges she told Combs she needed to leave to catch a train and avoid being stranded. Combs then offered his home as a place to sleep and encouraged her to have another drink, Doe says.

Doe, 23 at the time, alleges in the filing she told Combs she was married and that she would not "fool around." On the drive to Combs' home from the party, Doe alleges she began to feel drowsy and suspected she had been drugged. In response, she allegedly texted her husband the address she saw on some mail on the floor of the vehicle.

Once in bed at his residence, the accuser alleged Combs subjected her to four hours of "continuous unwanted touching and groping of her breasts and genitals." Eventually, as the effects of the drugs wore off, Doe claims she was able to insist on leaving Combs' home.

The suit, one of more than a dozen civil actions taken on behalf of various named and unnamed alleged victims by Buzbee, is filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and demands an amount in damages to be determined at trial.

This latest legal action represents one small dot in a growing constellation of suits against Combs, who was once one of the most widely respected producers and music moguls in the business. Multiple accusers have alleged he drugged them and took advantage of them sexually while they were incapacitated.

Combs also faces a federal sex trafficking and racketeering case which follows a blockbuster lawsuit brought by his ex-partner Cassie Ventura, who alleges she was abused by Combs for years.

The music mogul is currently in jail after being denied bond multiple times and is scheduled to head to trial on those charges on May 5. He has pleaded not guilty in the criminal case and repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in all civil lawsuits filed against him.

Buzbee has emerged as the frontman for the civil suit effort, a choice criticized by rapper Jay-Z, who was identified in one of the suits as a previously unnamed celebrity who allegedly took part in an assault alongside Combs in 2000.

Jay-Z has vigorously denied the allegations and said of Buzbee: "My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a 'lawyer' named Tony Buzbee… It made me want to expose you for the fraud you are in a VERY public fashion. So no, I will not give you ONE RED PENNY!! … This lawyer, who I have done a bit of research on, seems to have a pattern of these type of theatrics!"
