Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing additional allegations of sexual abuse after a man sued the embattled music mogul for allegedly raping him in 2012.

The man, identified anonymously as John Doe, filed the complaint on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, according to court documents obtained by Paste BN. Doe was reportedly working as a male escort in Florida at the time of the alleged assault.

As a result of Combs' alleged abuse, Doe is suing him for sexual assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and for violating laws that protect against sex trafficking and gender-motivated violence. The man also claims the hip-hop superstar threatened him with violence following the purported incident.

Attorneys for Combs denied the man's allegations in a statement to Paste BN on Thursday. "No matter how many lawsuits are filed — especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims — it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone," Combs' attorneys said.

"We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason," the statement continued. "Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

The allegations come after the Grammy-winning rapper was accused earlier this month — in two separate lawsuits — of sexually assaulting a pair of men, an aspiring singer in 2015 and a street musician in 2022.

Combs' legal troubles came to a head in September 2024 when he was arrested and charged with racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to engage in prostitution. The rapper, who has denied all accusations against him, remains in custody at the Special Housing Unit in Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his May 5 trial.

Male escort details alleged Diddy assault at New York hotel

According to his complaint, Doe met Combs through the "male companion service" he worked for at the time. After the two met, Doe would reportedly travel to New York City at Combs' request.

The man, who allegedly met with Combs at the Intercontinental Hotel, claims the rapper's sexual assault took place after Combs forced him to perform a series of "degrading" sexual acts upon his "female companion."

Doe also speculates in the lawsuit that Combs may have drugged him during the sexual encounter. The man alleges Combs made him drink from a water bottle and subsequently rubbed baby oil all over his body, which made Doe feel "as if he had been drugged and not in complete control of his body."

Following the completion of his service, Doe claims Combs followed him into the bathroom, where he urged the escort to stay in the hotel suite and "turn up" with him.

Although the man denied Combs' request and told him he wasn't feeling well, the Bad Boy Records founder allegedly grabbed Doe's penis and later inserted his finger into the escort's anus without consent.

The alleged assault progressed after Combs pinned Doe to the wall and forcibly raped him anally for about five minutes, despite the man's persistent protests.

Diddy allegedly referenced Tupac Shakur's murder in threat to male escort

Doe alleges in the lawsuit that after Combs concluded his assault, the hip-hop mogul began threatening him to not report the sexual encounter, adding, "If I can get (2Pac) hit, what ... do you think can happen to you?"

Rapper Tupac Shakur, also known by his musical alias 2Pac, died in September 1996 after being shot several times in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas. Shakur was signed to California-based record label Death Row Records, which famously feuded with Combs' New York label Bad Boy Records.

Two years before his death, Shakur openly accused Combs and hip-hop rival The Notorious B.I.G. of having prior knowledge of a November 1994 shooting in which Shakur was wounded. Shakur was shot numerous times and lost $40,000.

Doe, who alleges Combs' sexual violence caused him to experience "emotional anguish, pain and suffering and loss of dignity damages," is seeking compensatory and punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial.
