Wedding bells will soon be ringing out in Italy for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez.
The billionaire Amazon founder, 61, and the journalist, 55, are set to tie the knot in Venice, where they will be joined by many A-list guests to celebrate over three days.
This will be the second marriage for Bezos, who split from MacKenzie Scott in 2019. He and Sánchez have been engaged since 2023.
While many details of the wedding still remain under wraps, including the guest list and precise date, certain information has been made available. As some protesters make clear that Bezos' presence in the city isn't welcome, here's what to know about the event.
Where will Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding take place?
Bezos and Sánchez are getting married in Venice, Italy. The city confirmed as much in a statement in March, while also denying reports that the event would be disruptive. The city insisted in its statement that it will "be easy for Venice to accommodate such an event, without any disruption whatsoever to the city, its residents and visitors."
Mayor Luigi Brugnaro also said at the time, "From the beginning, we are mutually working and supporting the organizers, to ensure that the event will be absolutely respectful of the fragility and uniqueness of the city. For this reason, we will work together for best result."
The wedding venue has not been made public, but the main party is set to take place at the Arsenale, a former medieval shipyard, according to Reuters.
Protesters have voiced objections to Bezos' presence in the city ahead of the big day, with Tommaso Cacciari, a part of the "No space for Bezos" campaign, telling Reuters, "Bezos arrogantly believes he can take over the city and turn it into his own private party venue."
Event organizers Lanza and Baucina Limited addressed these concerns in a statement to Paste BN, saying that based on instructions from Bezos and Sánchez, they will minimize "any disruption to the city" and have "respect for its residents and institutions and the overwhelming employment of locals in the crafting of the events."

The couple appears to be staying at the luxury Aman hotel in Venice. Bezos and Sánchez were spotted there on Wednesday, June 25.

The date of the wedding also hasn't been confirmed, but the festivities are expected to begin on Thursday, June 26, according to Reuters and The New York Times.

Veneto President Luca Zaia told reporters that the wedding and its parts will cost between $46.5 million and $55.6 million, according to Reuters.
About 90 private jets are expected to arrive for the event, and organizers have booked about 30 water taxis.

ABC News obtained a copy of Bezos and Sánchez's wedding invitation, which tells guests, "Please, no gifts."
Instead, the invitation says that donations will be made on guests' behalf to multiple organizations, including the UNESCO Venice Office "to safeguard this city's irreplaceable cultural heritage."
"This magical place has gifted us unforgettable memories," the invitation says. "Our hope is that through these efforts and by you joining us, Venice will continue to inspire wonder for generations to come."
Which celebrities will be at the Bezos-Sanchez wedding?
A prior statement from the city of Venice said there will be about 200 guests attending the wedding.
The full list hasn't been made public, but several guests have been spotted arriving in Venice for the wedding in recent days, including President Donald Trump's daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner.
Diane Von Fürstenberg, Tom Brady, Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and Oprah Winfrey have also been spotted arriving in Venice.
