Kane Brown dedicates new song 'Worldwide Beautiful' to 'justice and equality'
Kane Brown released "Worldwide Beautiful" on Thursday, a new song urging for equality as protests against systemic racism continue nationwide.
The song begins with a spoken-word verse from Brown, "White churches, black churches/ Different people, same hearses/ It’s kinda hard to fight with each other/ Laying down in the ground, six under."
In the chorus, he sings "You’re missing every color/ If you’re only seeing black and white/ Tell me how you’re gonna change your mind/ If your heart’s unmovable
We ain’t that different from each other/ From one to another, I look around/ And see worldwide beautiful."
Proceeds from the song benefit The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, "to advocate for justice and equality for the millions of youth that are counting on us," a statement said.

Brown held the song for a year before releasing, he said in an Instagram post. He co-wrote "Worldwide Beautiful" with Shy Carter, Ryan Hurd and Jordan Schmidt. Brown cut the track with award-winning producer Dann Huff.
"I'm hoping it will bring us together during this time," the 26-year-old biracial singer said via Instagram. "I love you guys.

Earlier this week, Brown shared support for Black Lives Matter, writing on social media that "[It's] ignorant as hell to kill a human being in cold blood without them doing anything ... especially hand cuffed."
The post continued, "If everyone was seen as people, if everyone was treated the same, if everyone was charged the same sentence, this (expletive) wouldn't be happening. ... I love everyone even if you spit on me I will find it in my heart to let it go."
