J. Cole says Dreamville Fest is ending after 2025: Dates, tickets, presale, what to know
Next year's Dreamville Fest will be the final edition of the event.
"April 5 & 6, 2025 will be the Fifth and Final Dreamville Fest," rapper J. Cole wrote on the event's official Instagram page Tuesday.
"What a ride it's been... we can't thank y'all enough for all the memories we've shared," Cole wrote. "From the very beginning, the idea behind the fest was creating a place where our fans, the Dreamville community, could spend time together, a place where they could see themselves reflected, a place to share in experiences," the post reads.
"Let's run it back one more time in April!" the post concludes.
As of Wednesday morning, the lineup for the event had not yet been announced, however presale tickets are on sale and general tickets will follow, if tickets remain. Fans can text 68624 for access to presale tickets.
The 2024 festival featured headliners such as SZA, 50 Cent and Nicki Minaj, in addition to Cole. Other artists who performed include Lil Yachty, Sexyy Red, Key Glock and Rae Sremmurd, among others.
In a follow-up post on Tuesday, Cole wrote that "watching people from all over the world and all walks of life gather here each here has been one of the most fulfilling chapters of our journey" and that each reunion has been "unforgettable."
According to the festival's website, the event generates "millions of dollars" each year for the local and North Carolina economy. The festival has been held annually at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh and is described as an "outdoor weekend music celebration" curated by J. Cole.
