Bad Bunny's latest album is a love letter to his native Puerto Rico, so it's only fitting he take the stage in La Isla del Encanto.

The Grammy-winning singer and rapper, who released his sixth album "Debí Tirar Más Fotos" earlier this month, announced his first concert residency on Monday. The 30-show run, titled No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí (I Don't Want to Leave Here), is scheduled to kick off July 11 at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan.

"Thanks to music and the love you give me through my music, I've had the privilege of traveling to sing in different places of the world. I appreciate and love to do it," Bad Bunny said, in Spanish, in a video announcing the residency on social media.

He continued: "There are places I for sure will return to like Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Colombia. And some I've never been to but would like to visit, like Brazil and Japan. And there are places I haven't been to in a long time, like Italy, London, Spain — I know — and I promise before the year ends, I'll tell you the date and time I will be visiting. But for now, I'm in Puerto Rico. I'm home, having fun and, to be honest, I don't want to leave."

"Debí Tirar Más Fotos" pays tribute to Bad Bunny's Boricua roots and sees the singer incorporate traditional genres such as Plena, salsa and jibaro into his signature Latin urbano sound. The 17-track LP features collaborations with Puerto Rican acts including RaiNao, Omar Courtz and Dei V, and Los Pleneros de la Cresta.

The No Me Quiero Ir De Aquí residency follows the reggaeton superstar's 2024 Most Wanted Tour, which visited over 30 cities in North America. Paste BN's Pamela Avila called the tour's Salt Lake City kickoff an "unpredictable" two-hour marathon.

"From 2016's Soundcloud hit 'Diles' to treating fans to an acoustic snippet of "un x100to," his joint effort with Mexican music group Grupo Frontera, and ending the night with a few perreo anthems to throw it back — in more ways than one — Bad Bunny proved to fans that as elusive as he may be, Benito isn't going anywhere," Avila wrote.

Bad Bunny's 2025 tour sells out

In a Jan. 17 press release, the singer's team announced the tour sold out in four hours, with fans snatching up 400,000 tickets online and in person for the 30 shows.

"Driven by Puerto Rico’s passion and Bad Bunny’s deep love for his island, production teams are working to explore the possibility of adding additional seating," the release said." "Fans are encouraged to stay tuned to Rimas and Move Concerts’ social media channels for updates."
