'Queer Eye' mourns Bruley, the show's lovable French bulldog and 'best little sidekick'

Bruley, the French bulldog who won the hearts of viewers and the Fab 5 on "Queer Eye," died.
The 10-year-old Frenchie was featured on 16 episodes of the hit Netflix show and often appeared in the Fab 5's Kansas City loft at the end of episodes.
A post on an Instagram account for Bruley run by owner and TV producer Michelle Silva said the dog suffered from heart problems.
"My whole heart. My love bug. My best friend. My constant. My soul mate. My everything. I brought him home when he was 9 weeks old on a rainy day in New York City. Ten years later on a rainy day in LA, he passed away in my arms on my bedroom floor," she wrote.
The "Queer Eye" cast, who considered Bruley the sixth member of the team, also expressed heartbreak.
"RIP to our dear bru bru! Each time we returned to our loft in Kansas City you were always there to greet us and that brought us so much joy. We hope you have an endless supply of treats to munch on," a post Thursday on the show's Twitter account read.

Social media posts poured in to honor the pup, including "Queer Eye" cast member Bobby Berk, who remembered his "furry little friend."
"You brought joy to so many with your jump kisses, grunts and even your farts," Berk, the show's design expert, wrote on Instagram. "You were the best little sidekick we could have had. You will be very missed by all."
