Will there be another season of 'Love is Blind'? What we know so far about a potential Season 8
The curtain falls on yet another season of "Love is Blind," and this season was definitely one for the books.
Seven couples got engaged in the pods, and while a reunion episode is yet to air to give audiences insight into what exactly went down between the couples, intrigue around whether the series will be returning for a new season is already present.
Interestingly, Netflix has not yet announced if "Love is Blind" will be returning for more seasons. However, Kinetic Content, the production house behind the series, has hinted that the series is likely to return for multiple seasons.
Here's what we know about Season 8 of "Love is Blind" so far.
Will there be 'Love is Blind' Season 8?
Netflix has not yet announced if "Love is Blind" will be returning for Season 8 or more, but casting company Kinetic Content has previously posted callouts for contestants in multiple U.S. cities.
Kinetic Content made casting calls for single men and women in Denver and Minnesota's Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St. Paul) in March 2023. And in July of this year, the company also put out casting calls in Miami, Atlanta, New England and Columbus, Ohio, indicating possible sites for future seasons.
The production company, in the July Instagram post, called "all single men and women who are brave, open-minded and ready for a committed relationship" to apply to be a part of the show. However, they did not specify when the show will release.
Season 7 was comprised of contestants from Washington, D.C.
Meanwhile, the show's casting director Donna Driscoll, told The Columbus Dispatch, part of the Paste BN Network, earlier this month that a full team is also scouting singles in Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland.
"We haven't really done this in the Midwest, but more important, the host of our show, Nick Lachey, was raised in Cincinnati," Driscoll told the Dispatch.
"We're looking for everyday people who are looking for love," she added.
A Netflix spokesperson, meanwhile, told Paste BN on Monday the streaming platform had no information to offer at this time.
