How to watch 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving': Where to stream the Peanuts holiday special
Peanuts fans can't let Thanksgiving come and go without watching "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving," a classic holiday rite of passage.
"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" made its television debut in 1965, and its viewing has become an unofficial tradition for families in the years following its release.
Peppermint Patty invites the Peanuts gang to Charlie Brown's house for Thanksgiving even though he is going to see his grandmother in the 30-minute holiday special. Snoopy and Woodstock are also seen celebrating Turkey Day with their own "ultimate" dinner.
The Thanksgiving-themed movie has aired every year on CBS and ABC, but things changed when Apple acquired the rights to all Peanuts holiday specials, including "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving," in 2020.
"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" will not be available to watch on broadcast television this year, even though the movie previously aired on PBS in 2020 and 2021.

Where to watch 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving'
Apple TV+ is the only streaming service that offers the holiday Peanuts special, which means you may have to purchase a subscription or obtain access to Apple TV+ in order to watch.
Apple TV+ gave non-subscribers the ability to tune on Saturday, Nov. 23 and Sunday, Nov. 24, an offer which has since expired. "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" will not air through any standard television networks this year, either.
Other Peanuts holiday classics, including "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas” are also only available on Apple TV+.
