The 'Magic Mike' routine from 'DWTS' is one way to stay warm through winter

Warning: We don't want to be spoilsports. So, we're gonna let you know that this recap has ALL the deets from Monday night's episode.

After a bit of a shake-up last week, when the celebs were paired with new pros, the stars were once again reunited with their original partners on Monday night. But that doesn't mean there weren't any changes in the ballroom. Leah Remini filled in for Erin Andrews, who took a break to cover the World Series, and Olivia Newton-John served as a guest judge.

This week, the celebs gave us blasts from the past when they recreated famous dances.

We definitely had our favorites:

Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson

Is it gettin' hot in here? Cuz Carlos is taking off his clothes for a rumba a la Magic Mike! Since Mr. PenaVega talked about being religious last week, he was a little concerned with how it would look when he saddled up to ride the Pony.

Bruno Tonioli said the dance answered his prayers, and Julianne Hough called it the sexiest rumba that she has ever seen. In the spirit of iconic moments we whole-heartedly say, "Ditto."

Bindi Irwin and Derek Hough

As Derek brilliantly said, "No one puts Bindi in a corner!"

This week, the twosome danced a rumba to Time of My Life from Dirty Dancing and even got a little help from Baby herself, Jennifer Grey–Derek's former DWTS partner. Since the iconic lift was out of his element, Derek admitted this was the most nervous he had ever felt on the show. Thankfully, Derek and Bindi nailed the lift–and the whole routine for that matter.

Bruno called the dance "blindingly brilliant," and Olivia said she thought the routine was "enchanting." And we completely agree!

Tamar Braxton and Val Chmerkovskiy

Miss Braxton if ya nasty! Tamar and Val danced a jazz number to Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation. Even though Tamar had to miss a couple of rehearsals because she wasn't feeling well, the routine was flawless.

The judges of the ballroom united, and there was definitely strength in these numbers. Olivia said Val produced "fantastic choreography."

Andy Grammer and Allison Holker

They might've performed a jazz to Good Morning from Singin' in the Rain, but it turned out to be a very good night for Andy and Allison. Andy felt confident going into Monday night since he did so well last week. And, he and his partner also got to visit with Patricia Kelly, the widow of Gene Kelly, to really get a sense of her late husband.

With regard to the big shoes that Andy had to fill, Carrie Ann said that he "filled them with ease, with grace." And Julianne issued a warning to the competition that they needed to be on the lookout for Andy.

And the rest of the routines were pretty great too!

Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess

Nick gave us a little bit of a Monday Night Fever, but to be honest, we could've still been running hot from Carlos' performance. The Backstreet Boy and his partner did a samba inspired by a scene from Saturday Night Fever, which definitely helped keep him Stayin' Alive.

Carrie Ann said that Nick needed to consistently stay in character, but Julianne called it "outstanding."

Carrie Ann: 9, Julianne: 10, Olivia: 10, Bruno: 10

Hayes Grier and Emma Slater

Grease is still the word–even if Hayes has never seen the movie. He and Emma performed a jazz to You're the One That I Want, which we thought was pretty electrifying.

And so did Sandy herself! Olivia complimented Emma on her "amazing choreography," and she called Hayes "a baby John."

Carrie Ann: 8, Julianne: 8, Olivia: 8, Bruno: 8

Alexa PenaVega and Mark Ballas

Alexa got to live out all of our fantasies when she performed a cha cha to Britney Spears' I'm A Slave 4 U. Get it, get it, get it, get it! What? Like we're the only ones who remember where we were when Britney rocked that MTV VMA stage in 2001 with that snake? We DEFINITELY don't think so!

Julianne and Carrie Ann weren't totally sold on the performance, but Bruno thought it worked very well. And so did we! Still cannot hold it... Still cannot control it!

Carrie Ann: 8, Julianne: 7, Olivia: 7, Bruno: 8

Alek Skarlatos and Lindsay Arnold

Alek was stuck between a Jailhouse Rock and a hard place this week. He and Lindsay danced a jive, but not everybody on the judges' block was ready to dance to Elvis' hit.

Carrie Ann suggested that Alek work with DWTS cast member Artem Chigvintsev to step up his game. And, Olivia complimented Alek on having the confidence needed to embody "the King."

Carrie Ann: 8, Julianne: 8, Olivia: 7, Bruno: 7

Paula Deen and Louis Van Amstel

Paula performed a jazz routine to Madonna's Vogue getting inspo. from her 1990 MTV VMAs performance and wearing a Marie Antoinette getup just like Madge did. Note, we're assuming if Paula was letting anyone eat cake it would be one that she baked.

Did Paula let her "body move to the music?" Well, no, but Olivia said that Paula "did Madonna proud." However, Carrie Ann thought that the big costume overwhelmed Paula and hid too much of her milkshake.

Carrie Ann: 6, Julianne: 6, Olivia: 6, Bruno: 6

And in jeopardy...

At the end of Monday night's epic show, it was announced that Paula and Louis and Alexa and Mark were in jeopardy. Upon hearing the news, Alexa started crying. But her tears were a little premature. It was announced that Paula and Louis would be the ones leaving the competition.

The show's Halloween episode is next week, and we look forward to seeing what sort of spooktacular routines the pros come up with.
