Beyoncé delivers 'dream come true' performance in Las Vegas: Top moments from night 1

Beyoncé Knowles-Carter launched her second-to-last concert on her "Cowboy Carter" tour in Las Vegas, and not only did she deliver another thrilling show — it was a dream come true, according to the megastar.

The Grammy-winning singer kicked off her first concert at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas around 8:28 p.m. local time July 25. The concert marked her first of two back-to-back shows at the stadium on her Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin' Circuit Tour. She is set to perform again on July 26 — the grand finale of the entire tour.

Much like the fans in Atlanta, the Las Vegas crowd set the tone for the night with a fan-led wave that rippled throughout the stadium before Beyoncé took the stage.

"Welcome!" she said as she opened the show. "I want to say thank you for all of your loyalty for so many years. I wouldn’t be on this stage if it wasn’t for y'all."

Beyoncé first debuted her tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 28 with 39 songs on the set list. Her shows have been filled with family, fashion, different music genres, and most notably country music and cultural commentary. Friday night's show delivered all of that, plus other moments worth noting.

Beyoncé says ending the tour in Vegas is a 'dream come true'

During the show, Beyoncé paused to share with fans just how meaningful the night was to her. She sang the lyrics to her song "II Hands II Heaven," serenading fans with the words, "Singing sweet songs to Las Vegas. I will carry on." Then, full of emotion, she spoke to the crowd.

"When we were writing the album, I imagined this night — ending the tour in Las Vegas. Y'all are making my dreams come true. Thank y'all so much," she said. The stadium continued to erupt with cheers as Beyoncé stood in awe, moved by the energy and love surrounding her. Beyoncé underscored these sentiments later in the night as stated, "I love you Vegas!"

Beyoncé debuts more fresh looks, matches with youngest daughter Rumi Carter

Beyoncé's tour has been a showcase of fashion and creativity. Each night, Beyoncé blends high fashion and cowboy couture, keeping fans on the edge of their seats as they anticipate a new look. There's been many looks incorporating Western-glam: sparkly chaps, cowboy hats, boots and piles of fringe.

And just when fans thought the fashion couldn't get more impressive, along came night one in Las Vegas. Beyoncé unveiled a series of fresh looks, starting with her performance of "Alliigator Tears." During the song, she stepped out in what appeared to be a cowhide ensemble with matching thigh-high boots, gloves, shades and a brown cowboy hat.

The outfit became a major highlight once Bey's 8-year-old daughter Rumi Carter took the stage in a similar look. The new outfits didn't stop there. Beyoncé continued to show off more bold animal prints and textured ensembles.

One fan account wrote, "Tonight's Vegas looks are next level. Wow!"

Beyoncé gives shoutout to 'Cowboy Carter' collaborator Tiera Kennedy during first Las Vegas show

Beyoncé first released her eighth studio album, "Cowboy Carter," in March 2024. It has since made history and broken multiple records. As Beyoncé's first country album, she deliberately featured country legends and emerging Black country artists alike. These collaborators only reinforced the album’s impact.

Toward the end of night one in Vegas, she made sure to give a shoutout to one of the four Black women — Tanner Adell, Brittney Spencer, Reyna Roberts and Tiera Kennedy — who are featured on her Beatles cover "Blackbiird."

"We got Tiera Kennedy in the house," Beyoncé said as she closed out the show.

Previously, Beyoncé shouted out 'Cowboy Carter' collaborator Shaboozey during her second concert in Chicago.
