Indiana beat Michigan State in East Lansing on February 28, 1991. Then the Hoosiers lost the next 17 matchups at the Breslin Center.
Well, that streak was snapped Tuesday night. Led by Victor Oladipo, top-seeded Indiana held off No. 5 Michigan State for a 72-68 win. It ended a 22-year drought for the Hoosiers.
