We combined 30 NFL mock drafts. What they tell us about every team's first pick

By one count, organizations across the internet have produced more than 1,400 mock drafts for the 2025 NFL draft, which opens Thursday (April 24) at the Packers' Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Of course, many of those mock drafts weren't informed by what we know now: Who excelled at the NFL combine or which teams took the biggest swings in the first weeks of free agency. Some were even published before the 2024 draft started.

With that in mind, we collected 30 mock drafts published in the past week from a wide range of organizations that used a variety of methods from typical research and reporting to AI and mock draft simulators.

The result: A modest consensus has formed around how the top eight picks could play out in this year's draft.

Who will be the first players picked in the 2025 NFL draft?

After the eighth pick, the level of consensus falls off considerably because there's little agreement about how teams view quarterback Shedeur Sanders as a prospect. A handful of mock drafts predict he'll be picked second by the Cleveland Browns. A third guess he'll go ninth to the New Orleans Saints. Others suggest he'll fall to the Pittsburgh Steelers with the 21st pick.

Beyond the guesses as to where Sanders will land, you'll find, below, the collective wisdom of the 30 mock drafts' predictions for every team: Which two or three players might your team pick. You'll also see the teams that could also be in the running for those same players.
