Robin recs trailers for 'Dirty Little Secrets,' 'Malice, Mischief and Men'

Did you survive Halloween? I've been successfully sneaking candy from kid's stash and so far I think that they are none the wiser. It could be because they are distracted by the new member of our household — a Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Dixie. I wanted to name her Joan Wilder, but I lost the coin toss. Next time!
I'm a huge fan of Liliana Hart's books, and her trailers are equally wonderful. This one for Dirty Little Secrets plays like a movie. The music gets me right off the bat — bluesy, sensual and evocative of a book set in a town called Bloody Mary, Virginia. The images are perfect to supplement the excellent script that sings with the same voice as the author. Well done!
With so many wonderful boxed sets of romance, I was wondering how someone would handle a book trailer for one. Well, the one for Malice, Mischief and Men (Teresa Reasor, Sally Berneathy, Mina Khan, L.j. Charles, Jenna Bennett, Andris Bear and Stephanie Queen) does a great job of tying together the seven loosely linked books. I think the music, the same typography and the similarity of imagery do a great job of creating one cohesive package.
I am not a heavy reader of inspirational romance, but the trailer for Elizabeth Ludwig's Dark Road Home got me to put it on my TBR pile. This is really a trailer for all the books in the Edge of Freedom series, and the lush cinematography and wonderful score just drew me in. Drama, high emotion and dangerous stakes are spelled out clearly in this wonderful trailer.
