Must-see book trailers: 'Blue Moon,' 'One for Kami,' 'Redeeming the Billionaire'
Friends,
Well, it is already back-to-school in Casa Covington and my kiddos are now official fourth- and sixth-graders. Summer is over, but that doesn't mean that my reading out in the sun on a lazy afternoon has to end. This week? My reading choice was easy ... as in "Easy" Cantrell, the sexy hero in Laura Kaye's Hard To Hold On To.
I really like the trailer for Blue Moon by Pat Spence. It's simple, but the images and the graphics are striking. This is a YA spooky thriller with shifters and mysterious hot guys, and the video perfectly sets up the enticing premise. I particularly like the voiceover narration — the older man's voice is reminiscent of Vincent Price.

The video for the next book presents a unique premise in a romance world filled with billionaires. One for Kami by Charlene Wilson is set in a world where rich men are obligated to take three wives, while a poor man can have only one. The soundtrack, images and especially the text (with cool color and fade accents) set up this intriguing twist.

I love books in a series and the way that Christina Tetreault showcases the previous books and her current release is a great way to use this video for Redeeming the Billionaire. The modern, fresh feel to the colors, the images and the breezy soundtrack highlights the contemporary romance of a billionaire with political ambitions and the "right" woman he needs by his side.
