Must-see book trailers: 'Scintillate,' 'The Willing Widow,' 'Share the Moon'
Friends,
OK, I didn't get a ton of reading done this week because I was getting ready for fall TV to start. I don't watch a lot of TV, but the shows I do watch are sacred. I have asserted the Nora Roberts "fire and blood" rule with my family when I am watching my shows, and they are very afraid. So, this week I was fighting demons and such with the Winchester Boys on Supernatural and pleading with the writers of Arrow to finally get Oliver and Felicity together. Can I get an amen?
Wowsa. The trailer for Scintillate by Tracy Clark is awesome. It's like a mini-movie with a spellbinding soundtrack, danger, intrigue, sexy up-against-a-tree kissing and a really creepy dude with a funky aura. The way the trailer opens with a voice-over on a black screen grabs you from the first second. Take a look at this one, and you will not be disappointed.

The video for The Willing Widow by Ursula LeCoeur has a narrator who makes me think of sitting around the fire while a charming gentleman spins tales of danger, betrayal and romance. The images of old New Orleans and the old-fashioned soundtrack make the entire piece enticingly atmospheric.

The video for Share the Moon by Sharon Struth is short and sassy and well suited for a contemporary romance. The music is jaunty and makes me tap my toes as the images stroll me through the enemies-to-lovers story of love in a small town. Well done!
