Must-see book trailers: 'Snow the Vampire Slayer,' 'Slow Hand,' 'Alive at 5'

Friends,

The Baltimore Book Festival was a wonderful time. The Maryland Romance Writers tent hosted many awesome panels and authors: Laura Kaye, Jennifer L. Armentrout, Kami Garcia, Cora Carmack, Sara Humphreys ... I could go on and on. I got to hang out with Tessa Bailey, and now I'm thoroughly enjoying her latest release, Owned by Fate. So hot!

The video for Snow the Vampire Slayer by Rebekah R. Ganiere is like an epic, dark fantasy movie trailer. The soundtrack is big and sweeping in its orchestration, giving the feel of a blockbuster movie. The images are sharp, edgy and very sexy. The script rolls out that this is a twist on a fairy tale, and this one pushes all my buttons. I one-clicked!

The trailer for Slow Hand by Victoria Vane is a long, tall, sultry drink of water. The soundtrack grabbed me — its slinky, bluesy tune making me think of hot nights and ice cubes perfectly placed at warm pulse points. The images are also sexy and full of hot cowboys ... oh yeah. Love it!

The trailer for Alive At 5 by Linda Bond is a unique treat. The author (who does a cameo role in the video!) works in television and used her talent to create mini-movie — complete with blooper reel at the end. I thought this was one of the most clever videos I have seen in a long time.
