Must-see book trailers: 'Eyes Turned Skyward,' 'Rough Rider,' 'Love Least Expected'
Friends,
Happy New Year!!!
Have you made any resolutions for this year? I don't make them but I do choose a word — one little word — that I use as my guide throughout the year. This year my word is achieve.// I plan to use this word as a touchstone for home, work, family ¼ I'll let you know how it goes. I am resolved to read good books this year, and I already started this year off with a bang by enjoying Bad Behavior by K.A. Mitchell. One sexy, emotional read!
I have a feeling that Eyes Turned Skyward by Rebecca Yarros is a book that will give me all the feels with a high potential for an ugly cry at the end. The video has a haunting soundtrack that lets you know that is an emotionally charged story. The images are sweet and gentle and romantic, and the entire package is pulled together by the heartwarming script. I'll grab my box of Kleenex when I open this one on my Kindle.

What is a better way to start the new year than with a sexy cowboy? The trailer for Rough Rider by Victoria Vane is off-the-charts hot. The music is homey and country, the visuals are evocative, and I enjoyed the excerpt in the middle. Overall, this has a sexy, roll-around-in-the-hayloft vibe that I think is fun and appealing.

Can you believe that the Valentine's Day candy and decorations are already out on the shelves? The romantic anthology Love Least Expected by nine gifted authors — Meredith Bond, Aubrey Wynne, Valerie Twombly, Kris Calvert, Katie Stephens, Nessie Strange, Kishan Paul, Isabella Harper and Michaela Miles — looks swoonworthy. It can be hard to tie together different books from varied authors and make a trailer that is cohesive and also a highlight to each book. On this video the overall theme is so romantic and lush that it puts it into a beautiful package that highlights the high romance level of each book. Good job!
