Watch:  The Little Couple starts this season with a birthday bang: Zoey's parents, Bill Klein and Jen Arnold, and big brother Will throw a tea party and puppet show for her 4-year-old fete. Join in the celebration at 9 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.

WEDNESDAY, 1/6

Watch:  Join judges Keith Urban, Jennifer Lopez and Harry Connick, Jr. and host Ryan Seacrest for the farewell season of American Idol. The two-night series premiere begins tonight at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.

THURSDAY, 1/7

Watch: L.L. Cool J and  Chrissy Teigen are back for a second season of Lip Sync Battle. Actors Channing Tatum and wife Jenna Dewan-Tatum go toe-to-toe on the show's premiere (10 p.m. ET/PT on Spike).

FRIDAY, 1/8

See: The Revenant, in limited release since Christmas, opens nationwide in theaters. The film, set in the 1820s, stars Leonardo DiCaprio as a man looking for revenge after being left for dead in the American wilderness. The film also stars Tom Hardy and Domhnall Gleeson.
