Go: Mariah Carey is coming to Las Vegas with a headlining residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, with dates announced through Feb. 21. The singer will perform all 18 of her No. 1 hits in one concert.

WEDNESDAY, 2/3

Watch: Actress Tiffani Thiessen returns for a second season of Dinner at Tiffani's, 16 half-hour episodes featuring such guests as Sasha Alexander, Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Matthew Lillard, among others. The season previews on the Cooking Channel at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT .

THURSDAY, 2/4
Attend: In a movie mind-set during award season? Catch the films before they become Oscar-worthy at the 31st Annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival (Sbiff.org.) Open through Feb. 13, the festival screens more than 200 films, including 50 U.S. premieres and 25 world premieres.

Listen: Elton John's album Wonderful Crazy Night, recorded in 17 days with producer T Bone Burnett, is released today. The album features 10 songs co-written by John’s longtime lyricist, Bernie Taupin.
