Celebrate: It's the 100th anniversary of author Roald Dahl's birth, and what better way than to celebrate than picking up one of his many books — including Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,Matilda, James and the Giant Peach and The BFG — or watching one of the movies based on them?
WEDNESDAY, 9/14
Watch:Blindspot returns for Season 2. The drama, about an amnesiac known as Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) who is covered in tattoos that are clues to a criminal conspiracy, premieres at 10 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
THURSDAY, 9/15
Watch: Heidi Klum, Nina García, Zac Posen and Tim Gunn return for a 15th season of Project Runway tonight at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Lifetime as 16 hopeful designers get a chance to make their mark in fashion. Guest judges include Priyanka Chopra, Nina Dobrev, Shiri Appleby and Kelly Osbourne.
FRIDAY, 9/16
Go: The 59th Annual Monterey Jazz Festival kicks off today in California and runs through Sunday, featuring 500 artists performing in 110 shows on eight stages. Artists include Quincy Jones, Cécil McLorin Salvant, Branford Marsalis and Kurt Elling.
