'The Voice's Reagan Strange to release new single, 'Tell Me I Can't'
“The Voice” alumna Reagan Strange is back with new music this week, with the release of a single promoting Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month.
The Germantown, Tennessee-born singer was just 13 when she started her run on the 15th season of NBC's “The Voice” last year. Strange made it to the contest's semifinals and also performed in the season finale.
Since her work on the show ended, the now 14-year-old Strange has been back in Memphis performing and recording new music. In February, she did a weekly covers series, releasing her versions of songs by Fleetwood Mac and The Beatles, among others, and collaborated with Rascal Flatts’ Jay DeMarcus.
On March 22, Strange will release new track “Tell Me I Can’t” coinciding with March’s national Cerebral Palsy Awareness Month. The track — which is expected to be available on iTunes and other streaming services — will have a video clip as well.
