Sharknado 5: It's really happening

If your family has a twisted sense of humor, this one's for you.

Syfy and the Asylum announced there will be a "Sharknado 5." Naturally, #Sharknado began trending Friday morning.

This unlikely family film — and we're not talking for small children — begins with the Earth bracing for a global sharknado, reports Variety. The shark-attracting couple of  Tara Reid and Ian Ziering must save the planet.

Sounds like a good film, doesn't it?

Hell to the no! That's what made the first four "Sharknado" films a must see for families looking for silly laughs.

The original ill-conceived plot — sharks caught in tornadoes and scattered in LA to eat people — was so bad that people loved it. The first movie aired in 2013.

A release date for the fifth film has not been announced.
