Wyatt Ban was heading home from a breakfast outing with his mom, Morgan Ban, when they passed a cow acting strangely. At first, his mom dismissed Wyatt's concern, but he insisted they turn their car around to see what was wrong.

Leaving his mom in the car, Wyatt squeezed under a wire fence for a closer look. As he approached the anxious cow, he realized that her calf was trapped down in the creek.

Carefully keeping his distance from the calf's mom, Wyatt stepped down into the creek and gently pushed her stranded baby to safety.
