What it's about: Digs deeper into the Biogenesis PED scandal, which brought the longest suspension in baseball history for Alex Rodriguez.
The buzz: The embargoed book is sure to put the spotlight back on the absent third baseman in what was been a drama-free season for the New York Yankees.
3. Four: A Divergent Collectionby Veronica Roth (Katherine Tegen Books, fiction, on sale July 8)
What it's about: Short stories told from the point of view of Tobias "Four" Eaton from the teen Divergent trilogy.
The buzz: Roth's smash dystopian series has spent 268 weeks on Paste BN's best-seller list.
4. I Said Yes to Everything by Lee Grant (Blue Rider Press, non-fiction, on sale July 8)
What it's about: Academy Award-winning actress and director Grant looks back on her life, including being blacklisted in the 1950s.
The buzz: "An insightful, sharp Hollywood memoir that will appeal to fans and newcomers alike," says Kirkus Reviews.
5. Landline by Rainbow Rowell (St. Martin's Press, fiction, on sale July 8)
What it's about: Sitcom writer Georgie McCool just might save her marriage via an old phone that can dial the past.
The buzz: "Rowell is … a fluent and enjoyable writer — the pages whip by," says Publishers Weekly.
