Book Buzz: J.D. Robb lands at No. 1 on list - again

Robb report: J.D. Robb – aka Nora Roberts – lands at a familiar place on Paste BN's Best-Selling Books list: at No. 1. Festive in Death is the second in Robb's popular futuristic "Death" series to enter the list in the top spot this year. Concealed in Death did so in February. Two others in the series, Calculated in Death (2013) and Treachery in Death (2011), also landed at No. 1. In Festive, the 39th in the series, Lt. Eve Dallas looks into the murder of a personal trainer who has dumped many women.

The next book, Obsession in Death, arrives in February 2015. Writing under her own name, Roberts has had 27 additional No. 1 Paste BN best sellers.

Welcome, iBooks: Starting this week, Apple's iBooks becomes the newest provider to report sales data to Paste BN's Best-Selling Books list. The list represents a broad range of outlets and iBooks joins more than a dozen providers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, Hudson Booksellers, Target and independent booksellers from across the USA.
