1. The Guilty by David Baldacci (Grand Central, fiction, on sale Nov. 17)

What it’s about: Government assassin Will Robie returns to his Mississippi hometown when his estranged father is accused of murder.

The buzz: This is the fourth title in the best-selling thriller series featuring the lethal Robie.

2. The Emperor of Sound by Timbaland (Amistad, non-fiction, on sale Nov. 17)

What it’s about: In this memoir, the influential musician/producer recalls his work with stars from Justin Timberlake to Madonna to Pharrell Williams.

The buzz: Timbaland is also the man behind the beats on Fox’s hit Empire.

3. The Mistletoe Inn by Richard Paul Evans (Simon & Schuster, fiction, on sale Nov. 17)

What it’s about: Can aspiring romance writer Kimberly Rossi find love for the holidays at a writers’ conference hosted by the Mistletoe Inn?

The buzz: Evans’ previous Christmas tales, including The Mistletoe Promise, have been kissed with success.

4. But Enough About Me by Burt Reynolds (Putnam, non-fiction, on sale Nov. 17)

What it’s about: The actor (Deliverance, Smokey and the Bandit, Evening Shade) writes his autobiography.

The buzz: At age 79, Reynolds has decided it’s time to dish – about his career, his romances, and that infamous Cosmo centerfold.

5. Tricky Twenty-Two by Janet Evanovich (Bantam, fiction, on sale Nov. 17)

What it’s about: P.I. Stephanie Plum investigates the murder of a construction company owner in Trenton, N.J.

The buzz: Evanovich’s Plum books keep racking up impressive numbers: Takedown Twenty landed at No. 1 on Paste BN’s Best-Selling Books list in 2013, while Top Secret Twenty-One hit No. 2 last year.
