10 books on non-fiction long list for 2017 National Book Awards


The National Book Foundation has announced the long list of 10 books for the 2017 National Book Award for non-fiction. Finalists will be revealed on Oct. 4.

The nominees:

The National Book Award winners will be announced at a ceremony in New York on Nov. 15.
