Megan Mullally, Nick Offerman are writing their sexy 'Love Story'
Wait, Karen and Jack’s isn’t the greatest story ever told?
Just kidding.
Megan Mullally, who reprises her role as kooky Karen on Will & Grace on NBC starting Sept. 28, is joining with hubby Nick Offerman to pen a joint memoir about their “epic romance.”
The book’s tongue-in-cheek title is The Greatest Love Story Ever Told, publisher Dutton announced Thursday. Apparently, the couple needs time to get every sexy detail right for what’s being described as a “smoldering” tale. A tentative publication date is being eyed for fall 2018.
The married pair have been together for 17 years and met when she was starring in the original Will & Grace and he was sleeping on a friend’s couch.
In a news release, Mullally and Nick Offerman joked: “This sexy tome will be so (fire emoji), you’ll be tempted to make love to it. Please do not attempt this, as it is an inanimate object that cannot give its consent. Conversely, the audio book will definitely be recommended as an accompaniment to hours of tantric pleasuring, either solo or with a partner.”
Offerman, who starred in Parks & Recreation, has written other books, including Paddle Your Own Canoe and Gumption: Relighting the Torch of Freedom with America's Gutsiest Troublemakers.
