Was that 'Game of Thrones' death the most brutal yet?

We know that's saying a lot - a brutal, violent, death on Game of Thrones. But Sunday night's battle between Oberyn Martell and The Mountain, the massive killer also known as Gregor Clegane, will rank as one of the epic ones.
