'Homeland' trailer: Carrie's in Pakistan - but where's her baby?

If you don't want to know ANYTHING about upcoming Season 4 of Showtime's Homeland, don't watch this.

When we last saw Claire Danes' Carrie Mathison, she was pregnant with Brody's child and heading overseas.

Now, according to the first-look trailer, she's in Pakistan and has already given birth.

Things look intense, to say the least.
