Aretha Franklin is calling out burger chain Johnny Rockets over rude treatment from a server in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

After belting out her hits for a sold-out audience on Tuesday, the Queen of Soul was hungry and in the mood for a burger, so she stopped and picked one up to go. But when she decided to eat it in the restaurant, a server yelled at her that she couldn't because she'd ordered her food as takeout.

In a statement, the singing legend described the server as "very rude, unprofessional and nasty."

A spokesman for the burger chain said that the server in question was "new and very young."

Apparently too young to recognize a music icon in his restaurant.
