Amanda Bynes is back on Twitter and planning to move to NY

Amanda Bynes seems to be happily moving on with her life.

Or so she tweets.

Yes, she was arrested for DUI on Sept. 29 in Los Angeles - the latest incident in a long string of troubles for the former Nickelodeon star, but now she says she's planning a move to New York.



And she also seemed to shoot down an In Touch story that surfaced Monday in which she was quoted as saying that she is engaged.
