Time to geek out over the most epic airline safety video ever
From now on, air passengers should simply demand that only dwarves, hobbits and wizards deliver air safety instructions from beautiful Middle-Earth.
Because the new safety video from Air New Zealand rocks them all.
This is the airline which already presents itself as the "official airline of Middle-Earth" since The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit series were shot in New Zealand.
So put your seat back and geek out as Frodo the hobbit himself, Elijah Wood, and Hobbit director Peter Jackson, among others, work in the safety instructions.
Jackson himself tells passengers that "it's time to stow all electronic devices." What idiot passenger is going to continue sending emails on their iPhone when Peter Jackson himself has told them not to? Soon-to-be dead orcs, that's who.
Oh, and orcs show you how to breath in the oxygen masks.
It doesn't hurt that the four-minute safety video is a great plug for The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies due out December 17.
