The Hoff hams it up in a kilt

David Hasselhoff got into the spirit of the European Music Awards Sunday night in Scotland.

He appropriately sported a kilt -- and seemed to threaten to show what he had on under it!

Hasselhoff was on hand to present the award for best female artist, which went to Ariana Grande.

Nicki Minaj, who hosted the show, proved she knows how to make an entrance.
