Why 'Arrow' is the best superhero show on TV in one gif

Spoiler alert! The following contains details from Wednesday night’s episode of Arrow.

Wednesday night’s episode of Arrowcontinued the show’s long tradition of adapting its comic book source material better than any other comics-based show on television (and quite a few movies).

This time the show managed to take one of the cheesiest parts of the Green Arrow comics — where our hero legitimately uses an arrow with a boxing glove on the end of it to fight the bad guys — and turn it into an incredible and natural part of an action sequence.
