Waka Flocka Flame was totally, 100% in a cough drops commercial

This may or may not be the weirdest thing we've ever seen.

Wacka Flocka Flame is in an ad for Pine Bros. cough drops because this, apparently, is the world we live in now.

We have so many questions. How did Pine Bros. cough drops convince Wacka Flocka Flame to be in their commercial? Where the heck did Pine Bros. Cough drops come from, anyway? How many smoke machines were required to produce that much smoke?

There are some things we may never know.
