George Lucas has definitely not seen the 'Star Wars' trailer
Lots and lots of people have seen the Star Wars trailer. It's got nearly 12 million views on the
, plus 44 million over at
. Plus then there are all the people who watched it on iTunes, in theaters and on all the knock off YouTube channels. But there's one person who has not seen the 88-second peek, and that's the man who started it all: George Lucas.
The director told Page Six:
“I don’t know anything about it. I haven’t seen it yet."
Oh really? How come?
“Because it’s not in the movie theater. I like going to the movies and watching the whole thing there. I plan to see it when it’s released.”
So we're guessing that means he also hasn't seen this imagining of what the trailer would look like if he directed it. Yeah, probably not.
