'Serial' parodies are seriously hilarious

Serial: One story, parodied week by week.

Season 1 of the hit podcast Serial has ended, but that doesn't mean we're done talking about the true story of murdered Baltimore teen Hae Min Lee. We still have so many questions: Did convicted then-teenager Adnan Syed do it in 1999? What about that new suspect? What's Jay's involvement, really? Can we explain the Nisha call?

Since the Sarah Koenig-hosted podcast is all we can talk about over the holiday break, it's the perfect piece to parody:

Saturday Night Live turned the murder-mystery series into a story about Kris Kringle:

Funny or Die reimagined the final episode of Serial, with Koenig admitting she committed the murder "for that sweet, sweet Mail Chimp money."

Comedian Honorra Talbot imagines Serial: The Rom Com, using audio from the show:

Comedian Michelle Ciotta, as Koenig, decides to make Season 2 of Serial about her performance hosting Season 1.

Comedian Paul Laudiero's parody podcast asks so many vague questions and forces hilarious connections.

This mashup of the Serial theme song and Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball is glorious.

What if it was Cereal, instead of Serial...
